Maximizes all available distribution channels (in-house, intermediary and direct distribution channels) for disposition of the Bank's ROPOA
  • Graduate of 4 year course preferebly a business related degree
  • With experience in public auction/accreditation of brokers

SCR Account Offices (Code: HO-SCR/AO)
Handles accounts with request for restructuring, extensions, amendment of approved terms / cancellation of SCR
  • Graduate of 4 Year course preferebly a business related degree
  • With experience in account management

Credit Assistant (Code: HO-CA)
Assists the SCR Department Head and the SCR Account Officer in managing accounts with past due/restructuring problems as well as those who have request for change of payment terms
  • Graduate of 4 year course preferebly a business related degree
  • Knowledge in restructuring/lending procedure and experience in account management will be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel

Leasing Officer (Code: HO-LO)
Process and evaluates lease proposals/renewals of ROPOAs and bank owned properties

Audit Manager (Code: HO - AudM)
Executes the annual audit assignment through the conduct of examination and evaluation of the banks various process and functions to detemine the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controal and risk management.
  • Bachelor's degree holder (business related course)
  • Preferebly a Certified Public Accountant or a Certified Interanl Auditor
  • With working knowledge of risk based audit, auditing standards, accounting standards, BSP regulations and bank operations and processess
  • With at least five (5) years industry experience in auditing
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Basic MS Office applications
Examiner (Code: HO - Ex)
Assists the Cluster head and/or the Audit Manager in accomplishing the unit's annual audit plan by conducting operations and business proecess reviews to determine the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and risk management.
  • Bachelor's defree holder (Business Related Course)
  • With Basic Knowledge of risk-based audit, auditing standards, accounting standards, BSP reglations and bank operations and processes.

IT Audit Specialist (Code: HO-IT Aud)
Asssists Cluster head in accomplishing the audit work plan by conducting information technology audits to review and evaluate the adequacy of system and general IT controls of various automated system and IT units.
  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferebly a CPA and CISA
  • With working knowledge of auditing methods, principles and processes
  • With at least two (2) years industry practice in operations and financial/operations audit One (1) year experience in IT Performing system application reviews, general control audits in automation projects

Cost Analyst (Code: HO-COA)
Responsible for the conduct of transaction costing, cost benefits analysis and profitability analysis of new or existing products and services of the bank. Also responsible for conducting capacity planning validation of staffing requirements, conducting time measurement studies to set time standards for all types of transaction and service in the bank, and updating the cost allocation bases and methodologies in relation to the bank's cost allocation activities.
  • Graduate of 4 year course preferebly in Accounting and Industrial Engineering
  • With At least two (2) years in costing analysis
  • With knowledge in banking operations, familiar with bank products and services
  • With excellent oral and written communication skills

Market Development Officer (Code: HO-MDO)
Responsible for marketing telemoney and corollary products/services overseas.
  • With a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications
  • With Knowledge on basic Financial Analysis
  • Has good grasp of merketing programs and strategies
  • Familiar with the OFW industry, preferebly with at least three (3) years experience in working abroad

Trust Account Officer (Code: HO-TAO)
Handles and manages corporate and major personal accounts; prepares credit applications recommending credit  packages, financing schemes and credit facilties for accounts solicited and handled.
  • With a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, or Industrial Management Engineering
  • Completion of a Trust Certification course preferred
  • Has working knowledge of credit and financial analysis
  • With at least two (2) years of industry experience in credit or trust
  • With good interpersonal and negotiating skills

Trust Trader (Code: HO-TT)
Responsible for monitoring and analyzing market movements and recommends investment opportunities to be taken; responsible for scouting, canvassing, evaluation, negotiating and executing trading transactions for a trust and fiduciary accounts in the money market, capital markets, debt/bond market and currency market.
  • With degree in economics, finance or industrial management engineering
  • Completion of the Trust Certification course and Money Market Certification course preferred.
  • With working knowledge of various investment markets and products (i.e. money market, equities, bonds, deposits, foreign exchange, derivatives)
  • With knowledge of fundamental and technical analysis
  • With at least 2 years of trust experience

Account Officer (Code: HOW-AO)
Manages commercial loan accounts involving the selection of prospective borrowers that would contribute to good quality loan portfolios, careful packaging of loans that suit the needs of the borrowers, and diligent servicing of the accounts.

  • 3 - 5 Years working experience in banking environment, particularly in Credit, Marketing and account Management

AML Specialist (Code: HO-AMLS)
Assists the compliance officer and the head of the AML Department in overseeing the overall compliance of the bank laws, rules and regulations, especially on money laundering.
  • College graduate, preferably in accounting or legal management
  • With sufficient knowledge of Banks operation, basic accounting, IT, BSP Circularos, BSP regulations, BSP reports, Law, loan transactions and policies
  • With At least 5 years banking experience or its equivalent
Operations Officer (Code: HO-OO)
In charge of operations production output ensuring competent, timely and error free delivery of bank products services in collaboration with other relevant parties of the organization within the prescribed internal and external controls, regulations and standrards with management and supervisory responsibility over individual members of the unit.

Credit Review Assistant/Officer (Code: HO - CR)
Evaluates, measures and reports the credit quality of the Banks loan portfolio to the Senior Management lending units in order to provide support in their credit management decisions and activities and to comply with BSP and BASEL II requirements.
  • Graduate of Accountancy, Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Finance or any other related Fields.
  • Working knowledge in account managemetn or credit review
  • At least two (2) years experience in account management or credit review
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
