  • Graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology
  • With working experience in any of the following: AS400, Oracle Database, MySQL and PHO

Architects
  • Graduate of Architecture; preferably licensed.
  • With at least one (1) to two (2) years experience in commercial building planning and design

AutoCAD Operators

Responsibilities:
Candidate will be responsible for preparing and drafting presentation and working drawings. He will also be responsible for the needed documentation of the department such as as-build plans and CADD files.

Requirements:
Graduate of BS Architect or Civil Engineering
  • With at least one (1) to two (2) years experience in the same capacity
  • Flexible, proficient in AutoCAD Operations, keen in details.
Pharmacists
For Las Pinas, Valenzuela, Subic, Laoag, Naga and Puerto Princesa

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for releasing/dispensing of prescription drugs and providing appropriate and accurate information about medicines to the customers. He will be tasked to perform inventory, monitoring of product and ensures achievement of sales target.
Requirements:
  • Preferably Licensed Pharmacists
  • With at least one (1) to two (2) years working experience as a Pharmacist in any reputable drug store or pharmaceutical company
  • Knowledgeable in BFAD procedures
  • Organized, flexible and customer service oriented
  • Computer savvy

Automotive Mechanic Service Technician

Responsibilties:
  • Responsible for providing quality after-sales services by diagnosing, repairing and providing maintenance services to Lexus vehicles of clients.
  • Responsible for completing assigned job order within prescribed time and providing job status and feedback to Foreman while maintaining good working condition, safekeeping tools and equipment and ensuring the safety and non-hazardous operation of all job orders and equipment / tools used.

HR Specialist

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the implementation of human resources activities and programs and for providing human resource services to Associates:
  • Screens and conducts preliminary interviews on prospective applicants.
  • Endorses qualified applicants for interview with requisitioning department heads.
  • Facilitate applications for Tax Identification Number, PhilHealth, Health and Life Insurances, and payroll bank account.
  • Monitors daily attendance records of associates.
  • Monitors / Tallies leaves taken by associates.
  • Prepares monthly attendance inputs for payroll computation.
  • Records and process employee benefits and productivity tool such as but not limited to group hospitalization, uniforms, life insurance, mobile, etc.
  • Prepares and submits monthly/quarterly remittances to BIR, SSS, PhilHealth and Pagibig.
  • Assists in the conduct of new hires orientations, external trainings and other in-house trainings.
  • Assists in planning / organizing and implementation employee related activities such as but not limited to the LEX meet, team building / outing, anniversary celebration, christmas party, trainings, performance evaluations, etc.
  • Facilitates implementation of other employee benefits such as pantry supplies, medicines, water, etc.
  • Updates and maintains the associates' 201 files.
  • Performs duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Organizational Development or any related course.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an automotive dealership.
