ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
Place of Assignment: Pasig or LIIP, Laguna
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- Must be CPA
- With at least 3 years of work experience in general accounting, inventory and cost accounting preferably gained in a food manufacturing industry
- With keen attention to details and highly analytical
- Must be willing to be assigned in Pasig or LIIP, Laguna
Job Description:
- Records and generates accounts payable vouchers (APV).
- Handles endorser's contracts.
- Review merchandizing expenses
- Manages accounting books entries, validation, review and closing
- Performs fixed assets review and bank reconsiliation, including reconciliation of subsidiary ledger and general ledger.
- Performs tax and contract reviews.
- Performs other related tasks assigned from time to time.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST
Place of Assignment: Pasig
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- With one (1) to two (2) years payables experience
- With keen attention to details and highly analytical
- Must be willing to be assigned in Pasig
Job Description:
- Records and generates accounts payable vouchers (APV)
- Matching of purchase order, receiving report and supplier's invoice and delivery receipt before processing of actual payable in the system.
- Debit memo preparation of returned items (Purchase Return Slip and Adjustments)
- Recording / Monitoring on processed payable of PO / RR based transactions
- Expanded withholding tax certificate (2307) preparation to suppliers / contractors
- Counter receiving of documents (invoices, delivery receipts etc.) from suppliers
- Prepares transmittals on inter-company charges to other bus
- Prepares and record documents transferred to Taguig and Ge. Santos
- Reconciles and respond to supplier's inquiries
- Performs other related tasks assigned from time to time.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Place of Assignment: Taguig and/ or LIIP Laguna
Job Qualification:
- Graduate of Bashelor of Science in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering or related science
- At least two year's experience in R&D, Production, QA in a food manufacturing company.
Job Description:
- Prepares products prototypes compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Prepares product costing analysis to ensure that products are within the target cost.
- Develops and carrier out standard procedures in the conduct of product quality and product acceptability tests.
- Modifies existing products for quality and profitability improvements as a team members.
- Test and selects ingredients and packaging materials for the specific project in tandem with the raw material specialists.
- Establishes and documents product and processes specifications
- Conducts literature searches or access international databases related to assigned projects.
OPERATIONS ANALYST
Place of Assignment: Pasig
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or equivalent.
- With at least 2 years experience in cost accounting / general accounting.
Job Description:
- Process all billing statements received within a specific period and submit processed statements during the specified period.
- Attend suppliers queries
- Prepares analysis of all logistics cost components.
- Produce monthly reports required by superiors.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly mancom reports
- Monitors accounts to ensure payments are up to date and expenses are taken up for the month.
QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER
Place of Assignment: LIIP, Laguna
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Biology.
- At least 5 years related work experience.
- Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, Quality System and regulatory requirements.

Job Description:
- Makes sure that physico-chemical analysis and organoleptic evaluation of products both in lin and finished products must conform to standards
- Coordinates with production and immediate superior or informs all concerned sections any deviations from the standards that are encountered during evaluation for correction.
- Cares and maintains issued laboratory supplies, glass wares, and equipment on a monthly basis.
- Conducts GMP audit inside the laboratory and with personnel working inside the area.
- Monitors calibration schedules of laboratory equipment for third party calibration.
- Endorces strict compliance to GMP and SSOP in the manufacturing process.
- Ensures quality standards and policies are being followed.

PRODUCT MANAGER

Job Qualifications:

- With at least 3 to 5 years solid experience in trade marketing, consumer marketing. Marketing / trade marketing experience preferably gained from a fast moving consumer good company or even localized regional distributor.
Job Description:
- Assist in the development and achievement of brands operating target
- Develop and implement marketing programs in coordination with the different internal departments and external agencies for brands assigned in order to achieve annual operating targets, as well as sustain category growth.
- Ensure maintenance and updated monthly sales, A&P, inventory, pricing, share and competitive activity tracking database to serve as tools for analyzing marker situation/ brand health and serve as basis for recommended action plans.
- Develop and launch identified new product opportunities in order to grow the existing brands.
- Spot the business issues which may hinder achievement of set goals and targets and recommended specific action plans.
