Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelors Degree

  • With working knowledge of auditing methods, principle and processes
  • With at least (2) two years industry practice in operations and financial / operations audit.
  • One (1) year experience in IT Audit performing system application reviews, general control audits an automation projects.
  • With excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities: 

Responsible for implementation of human resources activities and program and for providing human resource services to Associates:
  • Screens and conducts preliminary interviews on prospective applicants.
  • Endorses qualified applicants for interview with requisitioning department heads.
  • Facilitates applicants for Tax Identification Number, Philhealth, Health and Life insurances, and payroll account.
  • Monitors daily attendance records of associates.
  • Monitors / Tallies leaves taken by associates.
  • Prepares monthly attendance inputs for payroll computation.
  • Records and processes employee benefits and productivity tool such as but not limited to group hospitalizations, uniforms, life insurance, mobile, etc.
  • Prepares and submits monthly/quarterly remittance to BIR, SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig.
  • Assists in planning / organizing and implementing employee related activities such as but not limited to the LEX meet, teambuilding / outing, anniversary celebration, Christmas party, trainings, performance evaluations, etc.
  • Facilitates implementation of other employee benefits such as pantry supplies, medicines, water, etc.
  • Updates and maintains the associates' 201 files.
  • Performs duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
  • ​Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Organizational Development or any related course.
  • At least two (2) years of relevant work experience, preferably in an automotive dealership.
