Qualification:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Metro Manila and Provincial

1) Maintains subsidiary ledger of all dealers (Manila Standard)

• Metro Manila Area
• Outlets
• Luzon Area
• Visayas Area
• Visayas / Mindanao Area
• Subscription

2) Records all transactions in the subsidiary ledger as follows:

• Deliveries of morning dailies
• Payment against deliveries
• Returns of unsold copies
• Debit / Credit memos.

3) Maintain files for the following:

Manila

• Distribution Reports
• Delivery Reports / Receipts
• Returns of unsold copies (RRR)
• Provisionary Receipts

Provincial

• Distribution Reports
• Delivery Reports / Receipts
• Return receiving reports
• Reports of Pal Offloads

4) Computes monthly rebates

5) Computes Monthly - pick up discounts and carriers allowances Prepares Debit / Credit Memos

6) Responsible for daily updated statements of accounts 

7) Prepares monthly sales analysis

8) Prepares monthly aging of receivables.

9) Sends monthly statement of accounts to the dealers.

10) Entertain complaints of dealers, answers them and if possible settle the problems and discrepancies

11) Periodic reconciliation of accounts of different dealers

12) Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

SYSTEMS Engineers
We are looking for Systems Engineers who is responsible for promoting and generating sales and by maintaining a harmonious business relationship with existing and prospective clients of the company and thereby meeting the individual sales quota/objectives.

• Prepares accurate costing and completes the entries and attachments of Bids, Quotations, Proposals and Customer Order forms; Ensures that potential problems are identified during contract preparation and review.
• Gathers correct and complete information of purchase orders of customer's specifications and requirements of prospective projects.
• Promotes markets / sells all products and services of Comfac and Cornersteel and engages in team selling with the other companies of Comfac Global Group.
• Continuously develop new or potential clients and identify their needs and expands his/ her base by bringing in new clients.
• Conducts field work to meet with clients and other leads.
• Provides assistance to accounting department in the prompt collection of down payments, progress billing and balances.
• Monitors the status and development of projects with concerned units from site survey until project completion and ensures that target dates are satisfactorily met to the full.
• Conducts sales presentation and introduces the company and its product line to potential customers.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's College Degree, Computer Science/ Information Technology, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical / Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Industrial).
• With at least 1 - 3 years sales experience and must have a pleasing personality with strong presentation, communication skills.
• Licensed professional is an advantage
• Professional demeanor and good presentation skills
• Consultative selling skills and ability to close sales
• Maintain product knowledge to perform customer requirements.
• Must possess excellent negotiation/ selling and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet Applications.

Requirements:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering

Product Staff

Responsibilities:

• Monitors, consolidates and reports production's KPI and shops daily performances
• Monitors productions budget and consumption
• Checks daily manpower headcount

Requirements:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related course
• With at least 5 years of service in MMPC
• Must know how to drive with valid driver's license

Quality Audit Staff (2)

Responsibilities:

• Performs and reports on quality audit of finished vehicles, work in progress and line process of MMPC, CBUs and sub-contractors
• Assists in the analysis of quality problems and coming up with countermeasures both on market feedback and on MMPC assembly line.

Requirements:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering or any course related to automotive.
• With at least 2 years experience in QC Inspection or Production line
• Must know how to drive with valid drivers license.

Vehicle Quality Control Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates with team coordinator / work in process in the implementation of Engineering orders
• Reviews engineering documents issued by Production Engineering Department, sets quality standards and prepares updated Kanbans related to quality.
• Design, prepares and revises Vehicle Inspection Check Sheets for Quality Control Inspector's use.

Requirements:

• Graduate of a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
• With at least 3 years experience in Manufacturing Quality Control Operations.
• Preferably with knowledge in Autocad
• Must know how to drive with valid driver's license

Vehicle Quality Control Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Set-up, plans and provides complete support requirements to production by assessing quality control and start-up operation, coordinates additional special assignment and supervises the 1st hour activities
• Monitors work activities such as efficiency, delay, abnormalities, QC standards, standard time requirement (policy / cycle time on inspection) and work discipline.

Requirements:

• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• With at least 5 years experience in Manufacturing Quality Control Operations
• Preferably with knowledge in Autocad
• Must know how to drive with valid drivers license.
