4 HR Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Pre sales support on our HR appllication to the sales team
- Full cycle implementation of the HR application at client site, ie: Conduct Business requirement study, gap analysis, document application solution, configuring the application, conduct End user training, assist in Master file build up and post live support functions to the client
- Provide functional support to customers on support
- Prepare functional specification for modifications requested by customers.
- Coordinate with software engineers in testing all modifications before deployment at clieng site.
- Be responsible for customer satisfaction for assigned customers

Requirements:
- Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's/College Defree, Major in Psychology, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Should have proven experience in implementing a recognised HR solutions like people soft HR, Oracle or SAP HR or reputed local HR application.
- Should be very familiar with Philippines HR Practices and Statutory requirements.
- Should be very knowledgable in payroll and time keeping policies and functions in the philippines.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidates who are working in HR departments who have experience in suing a reputed Automated HR application can also apply.
