Hiring for Hotel Managers
Hotel and Restaurant Management graduate or any business related courses. With minimum of 5 years managerial experience in fast food, restaurant, hotel or motel operations, computer literate, preferably adept in financial management. Willing to work in shifts and extended hours.
Hiring for Franchising Manager
Candidates should have a BS in Business Managemetn or Marketing Management with at least 5 years of related working experience. Should have good verbal and written communication skills to convey the business strategy with string leadership skills. With vast knowledge in particular policies and procedure of the franchise field.
Hiring for Financial Analyst
Primary job role is to provide necessary financial analysis report to help company goal and objective through reliable and feasible financial forecast. We are looking for a condidate with bachelor's college degree in accountancy, with excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills and must be keen in details. Must be 21 to 35 years old.
Hiring for Audit Supervisor
To contribute and maintain of sound financial and operational controls by undertaking and supervising audit compliance system and to formulate recommendation for corrective action. We are looking for a candidate with BC in Accountancy with at least 3 years of minimum of experience in the same capacity.
Hiring for Leasing Officer
With Knowledge to conceptualize, think and propose businesses suitable to current and future land assets or buildings of the company. We are looking for candidates with Civil Engineering or Business management degree earned from reputable university. Not more than 40 years old and must be with experience in leasing and building administration.
Hiring for Sr. RAC Technician
Responsible for timely implementation of repair and maintenanc activities on all RAC equipment such as chillers, freezers, FCU, aircon units, chilled and hot water circulating pumps and motors. Ensure that all RAC equipment on all SEARS branches are operated at maximum efficiency at least cost.
Hiring for Technical Support
Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Graduate or any related course, 21-30 years old at least 1 year experience. Willing to work in shifting schedule and extended hours.
Hiring for Hotel Maintenance Man
Vocational graduate of refrigerator and aircon technician, 25-40 years old preferable with at least 1 year experience in refrigeration and aircon.
Hiring for Room Attendant
Candidate must at least 2 years in college of any course, male from 18-23 years old and preferable with cashier experience.
Hiring for Telephone Operator / Cashier
Candidate must at least 2 years in college of any course, female from 18 to 23 years old and preferable with cashier experience.
Hiring for Account Executive
To establish clientele for the hotel by developing account segments as specified (Commercial and Government accounts) to achieves monthly sales forecast / quota. Administers selling programs by holding marketing activities such as conducting sales blitzes and familiarization trips based on plans and schedules and conducting showroom / ocular inspection of the hotel to attract new clientele. Candidates must be at least with 1 to 2 years experience in the same field. He or she can also work outside office and must be sociable.
Project Managers
Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage. With 3 years work experience in fast food / high rise building construction companies. Handled and develop projects at various worksite. Skills in project planning, implementation of project control and knowledge in trade works.
Hiring for Accounting Assistant
BS Accounting graduate, 21-30 years old at least with 1 year experience with general accounting, preparation of Financial statements, General accounting works, payroll processing and taxation reports. Newly graduates are welcome to apply.
Hiring for Auditors
One who will perform compliance and internal audit particularly in hotel/motel operation. Perform financial and tax audit for different hotel branches with at least on year audit (preferably) experience. BS accountancy graduate; computer literate.

Licensed architecture pratitioner with minimum of 3 years work experience and working knowledge in operation of autocad, 3D Viz,/Max, Sketch up, leads and banner.
Hiring for Property Sourcing Officer
Forms and establish competitive advantage on identified targeted areas. 2 years experience in real estate or as broker and with established network in real estate with above average negotiating skills.
Hiring for Cost Estimator
Civil Engineering Graduate. Licensed is a plus but not required, at least 2 years experience in the same capacity.
