Hiring Store Management Trainee - Bacolod City
- Implement the following store functions, within their assigned store, such as: ordering, management of the store environment, display management, product assortment, human resources duties, customer service, information collection, financial report and management , business obligations and compliance to locan business regulations.
- Achieve store specific performance targets and ensure effective store management.
- Train, coach, and guide store staff in the performance of basic store tasks and responsibilities.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / College Degree, Business / Studies / Administration / Management, Commerce, Marketing or Equivalent.
- With at least height of 5' for Femail and 5'2 for male
- Applicant must be willing to work in Bacolod City
- Fresh Graduates / Entry Level applicants are encouraged to apply.
