Analyst, Planning & Programming

BA Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering. Certification in Accounting (CPA).  Additional certification in internal auditing. Minimum Experience: 8 Years experience in budget planning, management and analysis or related field.  Development and implementation of internal financial controls. Familiarity with SAP system. Broad knowledge of all relevant operations and maintenance plant and equipment.  Broad understanding of operations and maintenance processes. Broad knowledge of all financial aspects of operation and maintenance. Broad understanding of technical developments in the field of operation and maintenance plant and equipment. Excellent understanding of operation and maintenance financial optimisation techniques.  Detailed knowledge of the budgeting process. Detailed knowledge of the Capex / Opex process.

Administrative Assistant
Accredited diploma of financial management or business administration or office management of Jubail or Yanbu Industrial College or Secretarial Diploma Holder from IPA (Institute of Public Administration) with min 05 Yrs. Exp. of document processing, record keeping, and report compilation, requiring simple analysis and use of individual judgement. Good Organising and co-ordination skills. Good record keeping skills. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to prepare simple administrative requests and reports

Lead Engineer
BE / B Tech in Mechanical / Electrical. 07 years’ relevant operational experience in a heavy industrial environment. 3 - 5 years exp. in power plant operations, GTG/HRSG and STG. Experience of conducting feasibility studies and financial analyses. Experience of planning asset utilisation. Project management experience. Detailed and expert process knowledge of STG/GTG operational processes. Sound understanding of all relevant plant and equipment.  Understanding of plant capability.

Technical Coordinator
BE / B Tech in Mechanical / Electrical. 05 years plant operations experience with a large industrial or utilities organisation. Prior financial background. Exp. in the use of SAP to plan operations activities. Strong in Planning and Coordination. Very Good knowledge and exp. in Power & Water. Sound knowledge of all relevant planning and coordination activities. Sound knowledge of  potable water plant and equipment, power plant and equipment. Detailed knowledge of the financial process.  Detailed knowledge of the Capex process.

Engineer Contracts
BE / B Tech with min 07 Yrs. Exp. in a Power/Desalination/Water utility Handling projects in the Engineering / Contracting function. Exposure to ERP system is preferred. Knowledge of the contracting process. Knowledge of contracting policy and procedure. Job Context- The position reports to Superintendent, Contracts. The job holder is responsible to process and administer the procurement of requested contracts, generally of technical nature, for the company ensuring the protection of its interests and integrity. The jobholder must maintain a high level of integrity in dealing with bidders for contract work.
