Airport Security Quality Control Inspector - Clark International Airport

Clark International Airport Corporation is hiring for the position of:

Airport Security Quality Control Inspector
Job Level: 9
Immediate Supervisor: Office Manager, ASQCO

Position Summary:
Regularly conducts Aviation Security survey, inspeciton, audit, test and compliance verification to ensure effective implementation of the Airports Security Program in compliance with ICAO Annex 17 SARPS and the NAtioanl Civil Aviation Security Program.

Task and Duties:
1. Conducts regulary monitoring/ internet quality assurance to ensure effective implementation of airport security program.
2. Reports any security lapses/violation and recommends corrective and or enhancement measures that will improve the secuity posture of the airport.\
3. Submits report after each internal quality assurance activity.
4. Maintains effective liaison with other law enforcement and intelligence agencies in the airport.
5. Conducts investigation on any aviation security related violations.
6. Performs other work related functions as directed.

Quality Standards:
1. College graduate of any course or cerfied AVSEC National Inspector with at least 5 years experience and exposure in conducting security survey, inspeciton, audit and testing.
2. Must have training on AVSEC Audit Awareness.
3. Preferably with training and certification on AVSEC Quality Control.
4. With Communication of English Language (Both oral and written).
5. Must be Familiar with the CIAC Airport Security Program, National Civil Aviation SEcurity Program and ICAO Annex 17 standard and recommended practices.
6. Must have undergone Basic Aviation Security Course.
