Hiring for IT Helpdesk Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Answer Inbound Calls, email and online ticket forms
- Use troubleshooting guidelines and techniques to identify solutions resulting first call resolution
- Manage customer expectations and escalation of issues that are beyond the scope of support log customer calls accurately, efficient and using proper writing style.
- Remain knowleadgable of clients product line, service offerings and requirements
- Exhibit knowledge understanding of policies and procedures and ability to determine course of action based on the given guidelines
- Maintain awareness and compliance with all Concentrix personnel policies
- Achieve specified performance goals
Candidates must possess at least vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's College Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical / Electronic), Engineering (Others), Computer Science / Information Technology or Equivalent
Preferably with at least 1 year experience as Level 1 Specializing in Technical and Helpdesk Support of Equivalent.
