Mazda Philippines Hiring (Auto Mechanic, Parts Pricing Analyst & Customer Relationship Supervisor)

Berjaya Auto Philippines Inc., The exclusive distributor of Mazda Vehicles and parts, is seeking high potential and energetic candidates to support the rapid growth of Mazda business in the Philippines:

AUTO MECHANIC
  • Candidate must possess at least a vocational diploma / short course certificate, Bachelor's Degree
  • Required Skills : Adept in automotive electrical and mechanical work
  • Must have at least 6 years of working experience as a Technician lead - man or foreman specializing in an automotive service dealership or equivalent.
  • Preferably between 27-35 Years old
  • Has excellent fault finding / trouble shooting and diagnostic skills on modern engines
  • Good knowledge in mechanical and electrical wiring schematics on different type of vehicles including common rail diesel injection engines.
  • Good understanding of shop equipment, tools and special service tools.
  • Competent in using various vehicle diagnostic tools and computer applications
  • Proficient to read and interpret workshop service manuals and electronic parts catalogue
  • Pleasant interpersonal skills and able to deal effectively in a team environment.
  • Good communication in English and capable to produce written reports particularly technical report.
PARTS PRICING ANALYST

Develops pricing strategies and pricing proposal that will maximize profitability; He/She prepares timely accurate pricing proposals as well as create and evaluate alternative pricing scenarios.

Education: BS Degree in Accounting of Finance or related field.
Professional skills: 3 Years experience in vehicle parts pricing disciplines (pricing principles and techniques, development, evaluation and implementation of pricing strategy)

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP SUPERVISOR

The Customer Relationship Manager manages the CRM team, engages with the Customer and provides the right response to customer feedback with the main goal of satisfying the customer, and creating loyalty. Candidate must have ability to hold the customer in high respect, and loves customer engagement.

Education: Degree in Business or related Discipline
Professional Skills: Over 3 years in a high performing customer relations company, preferably in automotive industry.
