Responsibilities:
Responsible for implementation of human resources activities and program and for providing human resource services to Associates:
- Screens and conducts preliminary interviews on prospective applicants.
- Endorses qualified applicants for interview with requisitioning department heads.
- Facilitates applicants for Tax Identification Number, Philhealth, Health and Life insurances, and payroll account.
- Monitors daily attendance records of associates.
- Monitors / Tallies leaves taken by associates.
- Prepares monthly attendance inputs for payroll computation.
- Records and processes employee benefits and productivity tool such as but not limited to group hospitalizations, uniforms, life insurance, mobile, etc.
- Prepares and submits monthly/quarterly remittance to BIR, SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig.
- Assists in planning / organizing and implementing employee related activities such as but not limited to the LEX meet, teambuilding / outing, anniversary celebration, Christmas party, trainings, performance evaluations, etc.
- Facilitates implementation of other employee benefits such as pantry supplies, medicines, water, etc.
- Updates and maintains the associates' 201 files.
- Performs duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Organizational Development or any related course.
- At least two (2) years of relevant work experience, preferably in an automotive dealership.
