Job Description
- Support end-users for the implementation, maintenance, enehancements and customization of Oracle ERP
- Responsible for all functional tasks relating to the maintenance and business user's directed development of ORacle EBS R12, including end-user support and training in EBS functionality, setup navigation and identifying and documenting procedures to execute future customizations for the above processes.
- Develops and executes SQL scripts to resolve production issues.
- Raises Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support to obtain solutions to application problems.
- Provides preventive and corrective measure to end-users data entry fault to avoid recurrence.
- Documents programming problems and resolutions for future reference.
- Graudate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or other related course
- With at least 1 - 3 years of experience working with Oracle Applications
- Working knowledge with Oracle Financials, Distribution and Manufacturing module
- Strong knowledge in writing SQL and usign SQL tools to inquire database.
- Basic understanding of Oracle open interface tables and data loading procedures.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practival solutions and technical implementation
CRMS Administrator / Supervisor

Job Description
- Monitors database operations - report database callouts, work output, customer records approval, etc.
- Ensure database's glitch-free run of programs and reports.
- Communicates the sectional and systems requirements to the dealers
- Prepares reports on dealer compliance and survey status
- Designs, reviews and implements programs for CRMS enhancement including but not limited to layout and interface
- Assists in handling sectional requirements.
- Graduate of Statistics, Research, Computer Science, Psychology or other business related course
- Computer savvy, Proficient in MS Office applications and SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science)
- Good command of the English language; very good written and oral communication skills
- Highly analystical, personable, with very good, organizational and interpersonal skills, resourcefull and creative.
- With background of basic computer programming is an advantage.
- Can work under minimum supervision
