Branch Head (Alaminos, Bago, Cainta, Del Monte, Global SOMA, Global 32nd, Guaga, Jaro Iloilo, San Juan, Urdaneta, Villamor, Zapote)
Duties and Responsibilities / Requirements:
- College Graduate of BS Management, Marketing and / or Accountancy
- With at least four (4) years Banking experience and at least two (2) years on the same capacity.
- With strong sales background and with experience in branch operations
- Possesses excellent communication, leadership, management and interpersonal skills
- Must be resourceful, persistent, and customer-service oriented
- Must have high sense of integrity, with pleasing personality and willing to learn
- Must be a fast learner, able to work under pressure and willing to work beyond normal working hours
- Must be flexible, and service oriented
- Directly responsible for the sales and marketing of Bank's products, deposit generation and branch supervision and administration.
Duties and Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Graduate of any Business Course
- With at least 8 years Supervisory Experience in Branch Operations
- With background in processing over the counter transactions (reviews/approves branch transactions up to established limit and within required turnaround time)
- With good customer service orientation.

- Act as a frontline person in the branch
- Responsible in handling and processing account openings and term deposits and ensure that theses are done in accordance with the Bank's Policies and Procedures
- Function may also require other duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Female, Single, 21 - 25 Years Old
- Candidate must preferably have a Bachelors Degree in Management or Accountancy
- Must have banking experience although fresh graduate will be considered
- Candidate must be computer literate, can operate usual office machines (Fax/Typewriters, Etc.)
- Must have good interpersonal skills, pleasing personality, keen on details, fast-learner, able to work under pressure, self-starter, willing to work beyond normal working hours, flexible, good communication skills, hardworking and service oriented.
