DESKTOP SUPPORT ANALYST
Qualifications:

• Solid experience in user support, user training or LAN administration
• Sound experience in problem resolution in a PC / LAN environment
• Sound ability to analyze trends and relate them to the existing PC / LAN environment
• Sound knowledge of SOE principles and concepts
• Knowledge in Desktops, Laptops, PDSs and printer troubleshooting
• Troubleshooting Software Conflicts
• Sound experience in the use of incident management tool
• Exposure to the process of Incident, Problem, Change and Confirmation Management

ASSOCIATE SYSTEMS ENGINEER
Qualifications:

• Exposure to to Microsoft Technologies, primary Microsoft Windows Server, and Microsoft Exchange
• Basic working knowledge and understanding of AD, WINS, DHCP, DNS
• Basic working knowledge of Windows clustering and load balancing (WLBS)
• Some knowledge of networking and TCP/IP
• Some knowledge of Enterprise applications including IIS, Web filters, SQL, ISA, Mail filters, Proxy Servers
• Managing and Monitoring tools, e.g. CA TNG
• Helpdesk tools such as CA Service Desk, Remedy or Clarify
• Citrix administration skills and advantage

Qualifications:

• Must have at least five years experience in implementing, managing or support application systems.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Typically two years experience in an Asset and Configuration Management or technical service support role.

.NET Architect

Job Description:

• Responsible for all the architectural and strategic aspects and over all technical quality of the .NET implementations
• Validate and suggest high level .NET technical choices (new tools, new approaches, assignment of implementation to sub layers).
• Validate the designs made by the .NET developers.

Qualifications:

• Five years hands on experience iwth ASP.NET, C#
• Two years hands on experience with .NET 2.0
