Effectively supervise the sales operations of his/her
assigned territory or group of accounts, ensuring the development and
implementation team's sales and distribution strategies and initiatives.
Sales Manager
Accountability:
- Develop an annual sales forecast for his/her respective unit.
- Review and approve Customer Development Agreements (i.e. contracts, support, concessions, etc.).
- Monitor implementation of national and local trade marketing initiatives.
- Develop action plans to address operational gaps and market opportunities.
- Ensure completeness and integrity of sales information of his/her territory and maintaining the required records/reports.
- Plan and allocate logistics resources for his/her territory.
- Achieve Sales Forecast accuracy.
Job Requirements:
- College degree in business management, or equivalent.
- At least 4 years FMCG experience in the field of sales.
- Candidate must have a professional driver's license.
- Ability to develop professional and advisory relationships with senior leaders within the organization.

Finance Management Training Program
The PCPPI Finance Management Training Program (FMTP)
provides a comprehensive training in the PCPPI finance operation through an
extensive 13-month focused Learning and Development plan and strengthened
Trainee - Mentor support program.
- 19 to 23 years old
- Graduate of Bachelor in Accountancy
- Must be a CPA board passer
- Highly mobile, willing to relocate
Sales Leadership Development Program
The PCPPI Sales Leadership Development Program (SLDP)
provides a comprehensive training in the PCPPI sales operation thru an
extensive 12-month focused Learning & Development plan and strengthened
Trainee-Mentor support programs, to prepare the Trainee to assume the Sales
Manager post in one year.
- 25 - 30 years old.
- 2 - 5 years extensive sales experience, in any industry.
- Strong Leadership Potential
Skills and Interest:

- A confident and determined approach.

Manufacturing Cadetship Program
The PCPPI Manufacturing Cadetship Program (MCP) provides
a comprehensive training in the PCPPI operations thru an extensive 24-month
focused Learning & Development plan, to prepare the Trainee to assume the
Operations Manager post in two years.
- 25 - 30 years old.
- 2 - 5 years extensive experience preferably in Food, Beverage, Consumer Industry.
- With knowledge in the following areas: Manufacturing Operations, Quality Assurance and
Inventory Management.
- Licensed Engineer (preferably ME or CHE)
- Strong Leadership Potential
Skills & Interests:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Team leading & people development skills
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively across different levels.
