SEIKO-IT SOLUTION PHILIPPINES, INC. (formerly Asia Solution Philippines, Inc.) is a partner of Seiko Electric Co. of Fukuoka, Japan and a member of the Hitachi Group of Companies. SITP works together with partner companies and Japanese nationals to provide IT consultations and services, be it in English or Japanese environment. We aim to support not only Japanese companies, but other nationalities as well, as they confront common issues in the Asian region (communication with local companies and individuals, different business processes and cultures, etc.).

 SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS

General Requirements:

• Candidate must possesses at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, B.S. Mathematics and other related field of discipline.
• Must be very resourceful
• Very open -minded with new technology or programming concept that is dictated by the evolving 

IT industry:

• Must be detailed and quality oriented
• Can work with minimum supervision
• Must be a good team player

Technical Requirements:

• Knowledgeable in 2 of the following development languages: Visual Basic 6,Visual Basic .Net, Ruby On Rails, Java, ASP,ASP.NET, C,C++; 
• With excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Good programming logic and very open to other programming languages and technologies

Responsibilities:

• Create program based on supervisor's instruction and/or detailed program specification
• Analyse application problems; distinguish the source of the problem from source code errors or incompatibility with the operating system/ other application; and must be very resourceful in looking for an appropriate solution.
• Meet project deadlines.

IT SALES ENGINEER

General Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Always carries a positive outlook, persistent in pursuing opportunities and professional in his/her dealings with clients
• Smart worker but values honestly and hard work
• Must be pro-active
• Must be a bachelor/college degree holder

Technical Requirements:

•  Above-average interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Has significant Information Technology (IT) background and knowledge of IT products in both hardware and software including applications and services
• Considerable experience in sales, marketing and negotiations is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Generate sales for network and software development and keep track of other sales activities
• Develop new accounts for the business
• Accommodate sales inquiries, draft proposals and quotations
• Maintain and update client database regularly
• Communicate and coordinate closely with existing and prospective clients in promoting products and services including follow-ups
• Process invoices and other documents related to sales transactions
• Sources and canvass IT products and services from suppliers and distributors including order processing
• Assist/conduct market survey, research and other marketing activities such as product presentations and seminars for the company
• Coordinate with the accounting department in the preparation and processing of all billing receipts and invoices of clients
