Merchandising Specialist (Footwear)
Classification: Entry / Junior-level. The Titan Merchandising team is responsible for elevating merchandising excellence by creating consumer right assortments that excite the consumer. With a deep understanding of customer insights and behaviors, they are able to craft correct product mixes for each of Titan's retail stores, as well as the digital platform. The footwear merchant is responsible for product buys and product line management specific to footwear products across all brands. He/She must be able to strategically create analytical reports, price and competitive analyses, as well as manage other information relevant to the team's and company's decisions. With their ability to identify and comprehend trends, the footwear merchant is able to grow and develop their business unit in a way that contributes to Titan's overall growth.
Qualifications:

  • Possesses a bachelor's degree in any design course
  • Possesses a bachelor's degree preferably in any business course
  • Previous related experience in merchandising is an advantage
  • An effective communicator fluent in English and Filipino
  • Possesses advanced Excel skills
  • Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Coachable and quick learner
  • Passionate about the game and basketball products
Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager
Titan Retail Stores - Shangri-La, Alabang, UPTC . Taking on a leadership role, the Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager is in charge of overall management of the store s/he is assigned to and is at the forefront of protecting the brand's identity. As a role model, s/he exemplifies all of TITAN'S values and executes all tasks with excellence. S/he equips his/her team members with the right knowledge about the company's processes and products through training and constant guidance. The Store Manager is expected to maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. S/he is also able to confidently and correctly resolve conflict and/or address complaints. Store Managers constantly motivate their team to work together to achieve sales and other targets set by the company.
Qualifications:

  • Must be a college graduate
  • Has had at least 2 years of managerial experience in any service industry (previous experience in the sporting goods industry would be an advantage)
  • Has good communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications such as Word and Excel
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Knowledgeable in basketball products
Cashier
Titan Retail Stores - Solenad. The cashier is a vital piece in the titan retail force in charge of overall cash management. The cashier must be familiar with different payment schemes to handle all customer transactions more efficiently and effectively. The cashier will also be the point person for creating sales reports, a document critical for management to be able to make correct business decisions.
Qualifications:

  • Preferably a college graduate
  • Must have had previous cashiering experience handling various payment methods
  • Possesses good basic mathematical skills and is able to ensure accuracy of transactions in a fast-paced environment
  • Has keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Has solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • Has knowledge on basic MS applications (Word, Excel)
  • Maintains a positive attitude while servicing customers and offering membership programs
Product Specialist
Titan Retail Stores - Fort, Vertis, Alabang, Shangri-La, UPTC. The product specialist is a brand ambassador and frontliner of the titan retail force, mainly responsible for delivering premium, excellent service and maintaining the store's overall upkeep. The product specialist is able to convert casual customers to loyal consumers and constantly meets sales targets through vast product knowledge, authentic storytelling and reliable assistance.
Qualifications:

  • Preferably a college graduate
  • Has solid interpersonal and communication skills in both english and filipino, conveying information effectively
  • Has knowledge about the game of basketball, basketball products and is constantly updated with the latest information in the basketball scene
  • Able to multi-task to meet both customer and operational needs
  • Able to sustain genuine enthusiasm and positive attitude while servicing consumers
Internships
In Titan's internship program, undergraduate and graduate students get a full immersion into the brand's culture and promise - to bring the best basketball products in the world whilst sharing the most inspiring stories. Interns interact with the people behind the brand, unified and driven by the love for the game where they get first-hand experience in the retail business and sporting goods industry in the first and only basketball specialty concept store in the Philippines. Interns work on teams such as Sales, Operations, Design, Merchandising, Finance, Human Resources, Digital, and Events Management.
