Job Description:
Sales Consultant ensures that customers receives
outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes
greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge
and all other aspects of customer service. More on selling products and
assisting customer.
Qualifications:
- Male or Female preferably Single
- At least 5'6” for Male ; and 5'2” for Female
- Graduate of any 4 years business related course
- Must be hardworking, goal-oriented and with good communications skills
- Willing to be assigned in any branches of Wilcon
BRAND SPECIALIST
Job Description:
Brand Specialist ensures that customers receive
outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes
greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge
and all other aspects of customer service. More on selling and promoting
products at his/her assigned brand and category area.
Qualifications:
- Male
- At least 5'6” in height
- Graduate of any 4 years business related course (Electrical courses is an advantage)
- Must be hardworking, goal-oriented and with good communications skills
- Willing to be assigned in any branches of Wilcon
POS / DIY CASHIER
Job Description:
POS / DIY Cashier ensures that each customer receives
outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes
greeting and acknowledging the customers, processing transactions quickly,
accurately and efficiently. In-charge in receiving exact and legal payments in
different modes and responsible in safeguarding the documents.
Qualifications:
- Female
- Preferably single
- At least 5’2 in height
- BS Computer Science or any 4 year Computer course graduate
- With at least 1 year work experience in handling P.O.S. System
ENCODER
Job Description:
Encoder is responsible in ensuring the correct and timely
report issuance particularly standard files in relation to the productivity
quality targets and accurately efficiently in the user application based on
received trade documents. In charge of withdrawing stocks through the system
for customer order/invoice.

- Graduate of any 4 year Computer course graduate.

CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF
Job Description:
Customer Service Staff is the front line person in the
stores, in-charge of the paging system inside the store, answer phones, respond
to customer requests and inquiries and they are responsible on providing
excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Female preferably single
- Graduate of any 4 year Course
- Has an excellent customer service skills
- Willing to be assigned any branch of wilcon
AIRCON TECHNICIAN
Job Description:
Aircon technician are responsible in providing skilled
work in the installation, repair, operation, and maintenance of Air
Conditioning (AC) equipment and systems. Capable to carry out preventive
maintenance of Air Conditioning equipment and systems , repair faulty Air
Conditioning equipment and to carry out routine checks and logs of the status
of Air Conditioning equipment.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of any Technical / Vocational Course, with Trade Certificate is an Advantage
- Must have at least 1 year work experience in the field of Air Conditioning (AC) maintenance;
BUILDING MAINTENANCE
Job Description:
Building maintenance are responsible in Building's
Electrical systems, Air conditioning systems repair and maintenance, Fire
protection and Fire alarm system, Plumbing system (water supply sewage, and
drainage system) and or Civil works of the company's establishment.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of any Technical / Vocational Course, with Trade Certificate is an Advantage.
- Should at least 3 years work experience in Technical maintenance of commercial, office, residential or industrial establishments.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
PRODUCT TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of any Technical / Vocational Course in Electronics or any related course;
- Should at least one year work experience in the field of repairing, troubleshooting devices, machines and gadgets.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
COUNTER BAGGER
Job Description:
Counter Bagger is in-charge to ensure that all of the
customer’s items are safely stored and ready for transportation out of the
store. Need to be quick and careful, making sure to pack bags to maximize space
without overloading. Assisting customer needs. Must be courteous and friendly
to customers.
Qualifications:
- Preferably Male
- Must have a good body built that can lift at least 30 to 50 kilograms
- High School Diploma / College Undergraduate
UTILITY HELPER
Job Description:
Utility Helper is More on lifting, repealing of display
and assisting customer. Responsible on assisting on the preparation of stocks
for customer pick-up, delivery and inter-branch request. Helps in loading and
unloading of items from our delivery trucks.
Qualifications:
- Preferably Male
- Must have a good body built that can lift at least 30 to 50 kilograms
- High School Diploma / College Undergraduate
