Requirements:

• Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or any business-related course
• 24-32 years old
• Height must be at least 5’2” for female, 5’6” for male
• Preferably with at least 2 year supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry
• Confident in both oral and written communication skills
• Able to conceptualize and implement sales and marketing strategies
• Able to lead and drive results from the team
• With strong personal relations skills

CASHIER / SERVICE CREW / 

KITCHEN CREW / RIDER:

Qualifications:

• Male or Female
• 18-28 years old
• Height must be at least 5’2” for female, 5’6” for male
• Preferably single
• At least two (2) years in college or High School Graduate
• Proficient in both oral and written communication skills
• Customer service-oriented and sales-driven
• Well-groomed, self-motivated and must have a pleasing personality
• Work experience in the food industry is an advantage but not required

HR Specialist:

Qualifications:

• Must be a Graduate of Bachelor of Science Major in Psychology, Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Must be experienced for a minimum of 2-3 years in any Human Relations function
• 24-35 years old
• Highly Organized
• Must have Strong Interpersonal Skills and willing to do multi task functions

FIELD OPERATIONS SPECIALIST:

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business, Marketing, Finance or equivalent experience
• Must be experienced in Restaurant Management for a minimum of 2-3 years
• 24-35 years old
• Must be Open, Flexible and Able to Work in a Fast-Paced and Dynamic Business Environment
• Must be Willing to Travel

FRANCHISE RELATIONS OFFICER:

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business, Sales, Marketing or Finance or equivalent experience
• Must be experience in Sales, Marketing or Real Estate Related Functions for a minimum of 2-3 years
• 24-35 years old
• Must be Independent, Responsible and Highly Organized
• Must be Willing to Travel
