Accounting Assistants

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or equivalent
• Preferably with experience in related field.
• Proficient in MS office applications.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge in SAP preferred but not required.
• Fieldworks required from time to time.
• Knowledge in financial audit preferred but not required.

Administration Assistants

Planning and Design Supervisor

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Engineering professional license is advantage
• At least 2 years’ experience in Design and Estimator Computer Skills: Autocad, STAAD, MS Project and MS OFFICE
• Competency Skills: Planning, drawing, designing, estimating, communication, interpersonal skill, can handle stress
• Driver’s license is advantage
• Attributes: Customer Service, Integrity, Team Player, Excellence, Dedicated, Responsible, and Hardworking

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct site inspection to determine whether a particular site is feasible for Andok’s outlet (franchise or company owned).
2. Prepare sketches, take measurements, note the availability of public drainage, existing electrical and water supplies.
3. Coordinate with lessors regarding any issues that may hinder the construction of the outlet.
4. Design new buildings, extensions or alterations to existing buildings for Andok’s projects.
5. Prepare architectural drawings containing floor plans, elevations, plumbing sanitary lines and roof truss details using autoCAD and rendering software.
6. Select suitable finishing materials that are aesthetically pleasing at the same time economical and should conform to the standards a set by the Philippines Building Code.
7. Consult with OPN and Construction Supervisors for their input. Finalize engineering drawing incorporating OPN’s and Constn supervisor’s input.
8. Process drawings for blueprinting then endorse to Admin
9. Conduct site inspection of on-going construction of outlets if it conforms to specs and design.

Refrigerator and Aircon Technicians

• Graduate of HVAC, electrical course from trade school or equivalent
• CompetencySkills: ability to detect damages and malfunctions; can repair aircon, col storage, freezer, heat system and ventilation
• At least 1 year related work experience
• Knowledgeable in troubleshooting of reefer van is an advantage
• Attributes: Customer Service, Integrity, Team Player, Excellence, Dedicated, Responsible, and Hardworking

Company Delivery Drivers

• At least high school graduate or college level
• With driver’s license and restrictions of at least 123 or 1238
• At least 5 years driving experience
• Knowledgeable in both automatic and manual transmission
• Familiar in Metro Manila Area, familiarity in North and South Area (provincial) is advantage
• Willing to work ASAP
