- Bachelor's Degree graduate of ANY COURSE (Fresh grads are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in oral and written in English
- Computer Literate (MS Office, Email, Chat, Internet)
- Analytical, Organized, and Attentive to details.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Can start immediately.
Technical Support Officer (IT Staff)
- Bachelor's Degree graduate in Computer Science, IT, or any related course.
- Knowledgeable in Computer Assembly, Hardware and Network troubleshooting, Programming (Visual Basic), and other MS applications.
- Familiar with cabling, routers, servers and subnet.
- Willing to work on shifting schedule and long hours (if needed)
- Adapts easily.
- Can start immediately.
