- Plan and execute effective sales management plans to achieve the acquisition and sales targets
- Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Coach and motivate the sales management team to create a highly motivated, engaged and energized sales atmosphere
- Responsible in recruiting and training a group of qualified real estate sales agents and brokers
- Expected to go through the entire sales process, including visits, follow-up, negotiation, closing of contracts and collections
