LOGISTIC SPECIALIST
Department: Supply Chain Management Group
Region: Head Office
Key Responsibilities:

  • Plans, monitors, coordinates and facilities the movement of cargoes from country of origin to NGCP's final destination for importations covered by Purchase Orders where custom clearance and delivery is within NGCP responsibility
  • Review and analyze the authenticity of shipping documents submitted by the supplier before the preparation of Application for Tax Excemption
  • Coordinates with the nominated shipping line regarding the arrival of vessel from country of origin to Philippine port.
  • Coordinates with the nominated shipping line regarding the arrival of vessel from country of origin to Philippine port.
  • Provides assistance to custom brokers in preparing letter requests for clearance, permit, license from various government agencies needed for the release of NGCP importations from Bureau of Customs
  • Coordinate with the nominated broker regarding the status of shipment
  • Plan and analyze for possible trans shipment and cost from various Philippine ports to final deliveries to BGCP warehouse and project sites.
  • Prepare reports on delivery inspections, witness stripping of shipment, assist in securing bad order report from shipping lines, storage areas, forwarders and stripping areas including demurrage and storage charges.
  • Determine compliance with NGCP orders and monitoring NGCP orders.
  • Take initiative in resolving issues and problems relative to Contractors and suppliers.
  • Check the authenticity and completeness of document submitted by broker and suppliers regarding claims.
  • Updating of Accreditation in Government Agencies relative to NGCP imporation
  • Ensure activities are in compliance with NGCP safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Three to Five years experience in logistics operations
  • Experience in handling service providers
  • Engineering, Business Administration and Customs Administration Graduate
  • License preferred.
PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST
Department: Supply Chain Management Group
Region: Head Office
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Demand Planning and Demand Management Process, assists in identifying opportunities for best value transactions, switch to lower costalternatives and minimize change orders.
  • Prepares bid documentation, issues RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, conducts pre bid clarification meetings, receives and analyze bid quotations, makes recommendation and endorses to proponent for technical evaluation.
  • Prepare, issues, approves and endorses for approval of purchase orders and contracts within spend threshold
  • Coordinates with concerned parties on the resolution of issues, related to undelivered PO's, PO with no exact delivery date, incent deliveries, unserved PO's short shipments, receivables for outstanding debit notes for rejection penalty, settlement of rejection items, liquidated damages, among others
  • Implements appropriate sourcing strategies within spend threshold
  • Proactively source for new suppliers and work with systems and standards in identifying and developing supplier markets
  • Monitors and ensures compliance to supply, service agreements and contracts
  • Collaborates with system and standards, OGC, Finance and proponents on contract terms and conditions, performance standards, warranties, performance securities and contract maintenance requirements and negotiates contracting terms with suppliers and vendors
  • Monitors and assesses supplier / vendor performance, recommends and implement measures on suppliers discipline and provides inputs to system and standard and other procurement departments.
  • Resolves or assists in resolving issues related to implementation of supply, service agreements / contracts and coordinates with systems and standards, procurement departments and other concerned stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Engineering, or related fields, with advanced studies preferred.
  • Three to Five years buying experience preferably from a large organization
  • Adapt in using ERP systems i.e.SAP
  • Experience in tactical and strategic procurement, sourcing, negotiations and contracting
  • Experience in the energy industry or related field.
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Department: Supply Chain Management Group
Region: Head Office
Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviews, evaluates and endorses to the SCMG Group Head information and reports from within and outside the organization  on specific issues concerns and drafts reports and proposals for improvement.
  • Coordinates and interfaces with the various functional groups and departments as well as a staff members and task forces reporting to the Office of the SCMG Group Head, and review and analyzes value / critical or appointments, meeting, specific assignments, administrative matters, task force arrangement, official travels, field visits, inspections and related activities in relation to the SCMG plans, programs and objectives of the SCMG
  • Proposes strategies and action plan to resolve issues and problems requiring in depth knowledge of company policies, procedures, projects and technical information.
  • Executes and administers policies and measure approved by the Group Head and carries responsibility over the efficient discharge of management functions.
  • Prepare letters, memos, correspondences, and external letters for the review, approval and signature of the Group Head.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned form time to time.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance with Accounting, or related fields.
  • MBA or Supply Chain certifications or equivalent, a plus, but not required.
  • Five or more years of experience in similar role, or preferably from Supply Chain
  • Management Background.
  • Knowledge and experience in Project and Risk Managemetn
  • Knowledge in supply chain optimization, business analytics, strategy development and process management and deployment, with focus on linkages of each supply chain processes as a means to achieve results.
  • Knowledge in Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Processes.
IT SECURITY SPECIALIST
Department: Server and Network Management and Security Division, Information Technology Department
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assists in the development, adoptation, maintenance and enforcement of Corporate IT Policies (CITP), procedures and standards
  • Helps in the development and updates of Information Technology (IT) Security Plan that aligns with the company's business, mission, goals and objectives.
  • Conducts security orientation and security awareness training programs
  • Monitors and audits network components and reports vulnerabilities and breaches on the security policies.
  • Administers the corporate information security systems, monitoring compliance of all information security policy and procedures and provides regular updates in information.
  • Helps manage internal audits on information security processes, controls and systems
  • Assists in performing information, security risk analysis and risk management and recommend appropriate control measures tomitigate and reduce risk.
  • Reports security events or potential events or other security risks.
Requirements:
  • At least three years relevant experience in information security system
  • Bachelors Degree in information technology, computer science or any related course
