FINANCIAL OPERATIONS AUDIT STAFF
- Analyzes company operations in relation to risk management activities
- Conducts audit of the operations to ensure compliance to ISO and amo; JSOX requirements, internal policies and government regulations and to assess effectiveness in meeting company objectives in accordance with the annual audit plan.
- Prepares audit checklist based on audit scope with reference to company policies, local and international standards and applicable government regulations.
- Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Accountancy
- Certified Public Accountant
- With at least one year experience in accounting and finance operations
- Must know how to drive and with valid drivers license
SYSTEM AND PROCEDURE STAFF
- Develops, updates or revises company policies and procedures to standardize operations and to comply with IMS and JSOX compliance requirements covering the areas of manufacturing operations.
- Conducts gap analysis (revision or improvement of present system) to assess the company's current operation
- Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Chemical Engineering
- Specializes in policy making and process analysis
- With good communication and presentation skills
- Must know how to drive with valid drivers license
PURCHASING ASSISTANT MANAGER
- Manages purchasing and cost control functions for local as well as global procurement of production parts and supplies
- Effectively communicates and seeks the best sources of purchases with high regards to Quality, Cost, Delivery and Management in support to the manufacturing and business operations of MMPC
- Guides and trains buyers and engineers on purchasing processes and high work standards
- Graduate of Bachelors degree in any Business or Engineering related course
- Preferably with Professional Regulatory Commission license
- With experience related in vehicle parts purchasing, material sourcing and pricing
- Wide knowledge in purchasing operations / functions in automotive parts manufacturing is an advantage
- Has good oral and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable in MS office applications
- Knows how to drive and with valid drivers license
PROCUREMENT ENGINEERING STAFF
- Handles sourcing of capable and reliable vendors for the development and fabrication of automotive parts and other items for local content and export requirements
- Renders technical assistance to vendors during development stage and actual production
- Assures continuous supply of parts ordered.
- With experience in parts localization and development
- Preferably with knowledge related to automotive parts
- Must know how to drive with valid drivers license
FIELD TECHNICAL STAFF
- Conducts regular field visits to assigned dealership and attends the following areas of concern:
- Product quality complaints, prolonged repairs, and hard to diagnose vehicle quality issues.
- Gathers timely and accurate product quality issues and report to MMC QC, MMC/MMTh/CMC
- Monitors and follow ups progress of field fix recall capture rate to ensure 90% to 100% completion
- Conducts actual repair of customer vehicle with Product Quality problem at MMPC or dealer service center.
- Graduate of a Bachelors degree in any Engineering course related preferably in Mechanical Engineering
- With good communication skills
- Must know how to drive with valid drivers license
