BELLMAN
You are responsible for welcoming guests into the
Serviced Residence and assisting guests with luggage and transport requirements
as and when required, assist with loading/unloading luggage of guests to and
from transportation, opening the door/Holding the door for guests, assist
guests to arrange tours and transportation, provide recommendations on places
of interests to visit, food etc., daily newspaper delivery to rooms, assist
guests with any ad-hoc enquiries they may have, assist with site
inspection/rooming arrival guest, maintaining cleanliness of bell storage and
trolley, sending mails/letters, etc to guest's apartment, basic Shoe shine
service and serve welcome drinks
You should have a GCE O' Level or equivalent,
with good English written and spoken skills, physically fit, good team player
and independent in nature, and able to work on rotating shift (including public
holidays and night shift.

GUEST SERVICE OFFICER
You are responsible for the checking in and
checking out of guest at the serviced residences. You will follow through
guests' requests to make the guest feel 'at home' and exceed their expectation.
You are the main point of contact for the guest, and coordinates the guests'
request with the other departments and ensures that services are delivered
promptly and efficiently.
You should have a Diploma or at least 2 years of
experience in Hospitality or Customer Service related industry. We welcome

EXECUTIVE, HUMAN RESOURCE
You are responsible for the activities
pertaining to business partnering with the line managers to help find manpower
solutions for a sustainable business, being the point of contact for staff and
line heads for the business that you are responsible to look after and build a
strong relationship with them, handle disciplinary or any other staff issues,
responsible for the update and maintenance of the staff personnel files,
recruit staff for the positions you are responsible for, handle the entire
recruitment chain of process from interviews, preparing offer letters for new
staff, conduct reference checks for new hires and making the offer. You will
also be required to provide support in recruitment, internship and employer
branding activities, maintain all on-the-job training records and look into
continually strengthening the training processes, actively look into
compensation bench marking to stay competitive, lead the annual salary review
and bonus exercise together with the Director, Human Resource for all staff and
perform any other duties as and when delegated.
You should have a Degree in a relevant
discipline, at least 2 years of relevant experience, good verbal and written
English, excellent interpersonal skills, meticulous, high integrity,
customer-orientated (internal and external), independent, resourceful, problem
solver, knowledge of Employment Act and is excellent in the usage of Microsoft
Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

ASSISTANT MANAGER, ENGINEERING
You are responsible for managing the daily
activities of the department. Plan and organize work, communicate goals, and
schedule employees to ensure proper coverage, ensuring all staff are properly
trained and have tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their
respective job duties, educate/train employees on current safety issues to
ensure compliance with all federal state and local laws and safety regulations,
promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and
coordination with other departments, you may assist with other duties as
assigned and may serve as "manager on duty" as required, maintain and
repair the interior and exterior of buildings, plants and equipment, guest
rooms and contents, ensure the execution and achievement of the serviced
apartment preventive maintenance program goals, monitors and controls expenses
within all areas of the department. Participate in the preparation of the
annual departmental operating budget and finance, establish and maintain
procedures to ensure the security of inventory and assets such as tools,
supplies, equipment, furniture, television etc, replenish supplies and
inventory in a timely and efficient manner, and to minimize waste, interprets
and implements policies and procedures; evaluates staff and makes hiring and
termination recommendations, work with cluster engineer and/or outside
architects regarding renovations and other such projects; contact contractors
for bids/ quotations and meet with appropriate construction supervisors, and
responsible for determining the security requirements necessary to ensure that
the serviced apartments, employees and guests are protected against any
emergency crisis outlined in the Crisis Manual. Manage the relationship with a
third party security firm contracted for such purposes.
You should have a Degree in a related field or
at least a Technical Diploma with, at least 8 years relevant work experience
with at least 3 years in the hospitality industry in a managerial position,
good spoken and written English, ability to maintain and repair relevant
machinery, knowledge of functions of relevant technical systems and associated
equipment and operational procedures, good management and supervisory skills,
and self-motivated and independent.
