List of Hiring Positions:
- Electrician: Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes.
- Ductman: Person should have good knowledge Sheet Metal & pre Insulated Duct Erector work.
- Spray Painter: Should have a joinery experience and knowledge in Spray Paint.
- Site Carpenter: Experience in construct, erect, install, renovate and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, wallboard and other materials.
- Factory Carpenter: Experience in carpentry workshop, Good knowledge in using woodworking machines
- BMU Technician: Responsible for complete maintenance and servicing of Cradle.
- Plumber: Responsible to Install pipe and sanitary fittings, can read and understand the layout. Should have good experience in installation of all type of plumbing system and equipment's including piping.
- HVAC Technician: At least 3 years of experience in maintenance of FCU, AHU, FAHU, chilled water supply pumps and air ducting. Experience in installation of FAHU, AHU, FCU & Chilled water system will be preference.
- AC Technician: Responsible to Repair & Maintenance, Installation, Commissions and Servicing of A/C and related Equipment's. Experience in installation of Split, Package system will be preference.
- Low Current System Technician: Specialist in Maintenance of Low Current Systems. Experience in installation of Low current system will be preference.
- Gate Barrier Technician: Specialist in Maintenance of Gate barriers, Sliding doors etc. experience in installation of Gate Barrier system will be preference.
- Swimming Pool Technician: Specialist in Maintenance & Cleaning of Swimming pool, Chemicals Injection, Biological growth analysis.
- Lightning Control Operator: A good Electrician with knowledge of Lighting Control System. Experience in installation of BMS system will be preference.
- Fire Alarm Technician: Specialist in Maintenance & operation of FA systems & controls.
- BMS Operator: Specialist in Maintenance & operation of BMS systems & controls. experience in installation of BMS system will be preference.
- Satellite Technician: Responsible for diagnosing, testing and repairing devices, experience in installation of satellite system will be preference.
- Chiller Technician: Responsible for complete maintenance & servicing of chillers of all brands, specialize in control panel work
- Cradle Mechanic and Supervisors: Specialist in complete maintenance and servicing of Cradle
- Generator Mechanic: Specialist in complete maintenance and servicing of Generators
- General Mechanic (Pump & Motor): Responsible for complete maintenance and servicing of various type of pumps.
- Aluminum & Glass Fitter: Should have good experience in Aluminum & Glass work.
- Duct Fabricator: Person should have good knowledge Sheet Metal & pre Insulated Duct fabricator/Erector work.
- Stucco Decorative Painter: Should have experience in stucco decorative painting work for all the surfaces, Responsible to prepare and follow samples as per specification, knowledge of mixing colors etc
- Gypsum Carpenters: Gypsum carpenter for Ceiling & Partition work, should be able to read drawings. Previous experience in interiors work is preference.
- Fit out / MEP Estimator: Responsible for estimation process, prepare work to be estimated. Should have good experience in estimation of Fit out, MEP related projects.
- Estimator (Specializing on Tenders): Should have a very good experience in Estimation of all type of Facilities Projects (Hard services & Soft Services). Should be able to prepare technical proposals and financial proposals as per tender documents, site surveys & clients meetings. Graduate with engineering background will be preference. Should have minimum 3 to 4 years' experience in same field.
- BMU Supervisor: Responsible for complete maintenance and servicing of Cradle. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Sales Engineer (BMU / Cradle): Responsible to get new business as well as handling existing contracts with Mechanical degree
