MANUFACTURING DIVISION
Paint Material Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Spearheads paint development activities up to its total line introduction for body and plastic painting line.
- Ensures that the developed material is compliant to the set standard by monitoring operations regularly
- Studies PT/ED line condition and ED paint quality result and recommends necessary improvements:
Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Automotive Paint
- Must know hot to drive with valid driver's license
Product Staff
Responsibilities:
- Monitors, consolidates and reports production's KPI and shops daily performances
- Monitors productions budget and consumption
- Checks daily manpower headcount
Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related course
- With at least 5 years of service in MMPC
- Must know how to drive with valid driver's license
Quality Audit Staff (2)
Responsibilities:
- Performs and reports on quality audit of finished vehicles, work in progress and line process of MMPC, CBUs and sub-contractors
- Assists in the analysis of quality problems and coming up with countermeasures both on market feedback and on MMPC assembly line.
Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering or any course related to automotive.
- With at least 2 years experience in QC Inspection or Production line
- Must know how to drive with valid drivers license.
Vehicle Quality Control Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with team coordinator / work in process in the implementation of Engineering orders
- Reviews engineering documents issued by Production Engineering Department, sets quality standards and prepares updated Kanbans related to quality.
- Design, prepares and revises Vehicle Inspection Check Sheets for Quality Control Inspector's use.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
- With at least 3 years experience in Manufacturing Quality Control Operations.
- Preferably with knowledge in Autocad
- Must know how to drive with valid driver's license
Vehicle Quality Control Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Set-up, plans and provides complete support requirements to production by assessing quality control and start-up operation, coordinates additional special assignment and supervises the 1st hour activities
- Monitors work activities such as efficiency, delay, abnormalities, QC standards, standard time requirement (policy / cycle time on inspection) and work discipline.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- With at least 5 years experience in Manufacturing Quality Control Operations
- Preferably with knowledge in Autocad
- Must know how to drive with valid drivers license.
